Fotosolar’s specialised team consists of 35 engineers and graduates with brilliant academic and professional records from all over the world. Our young, dynamic team, with an average age of 33 and speaking eight languages between them, aims to provide the best quality in project design, implementation and monitoring:

• The technical team uses the most up-to-date design tools, resulting in optimum implementation of photovoltaic plants concerning design and layout on the ground, minimisation of production losses and the choice of better quality and longer-lasting equipment.
• The construction management team is experienced in complying with the project's technical specifications and executing it pursuant to current legislation, after obtaining all the necessary permits and authorisations from Industry, the Electricity Company, Environment, Town Planning and Town Council.
• The operation and maintenance team performs one of the most important activities, and, therefore, their organisation and training are essential, as they have to keep the plant operational with high levels of availability for over 25 years.
• The administrative-legal department is responsible for processing the permits, licences and authorisations required, and for producing and monitoring contracts with all the agents involved in a photovoltaic project.
• The commercial team’s objective is to meet customers’ requirements, putting forward a project that best fits their assets and investment profile.
